Cream Cheese Pie
Cream Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (9-inch) pie shells, 1 c. pecans, chopped, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 can pie filling (any flavor), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bake pie shells according to package.
Chop pecans and bake on cookie sheet at 300Β° for 20 minutes.
In large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and confectioners sugar until completely creamed.
Add vanilla.
Fold in 12 ounce Cool Whip.
In baked pie shells, layer with pecans, then cream cheese mixture.
Top with favorite pie filling and 8 ounces Cool Whip.
Chill for 30 minutes, slice and serve.
