Cream Cheese Pecan Cake
Cream Cheese Pecan Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 1/2 c. real butter (softened), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened), 3 c. sugar and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Sprinkle 1/2 pecans in a greased and floured tube pan. Set aside.
Butter and cream cheese.
Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add flour and salt, stirring until combined.
Beat until light.
Stir in vanilla and remaining 1 cup pecans.
Pour batter into pan and bake at 325Β° for
1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove and cool completely on wire rack.
Serves 12 to 15.
