Cream Cheese Mints
Cream Cheese Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 c. butter, 2 (1 lb.) boxes 10x sugar, 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring and 1 to 3 drops of food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine softened (not melted) cheese and butter.
Beat well. Add sugar gradually; beat well.
Add flavoring and color.
Beat until nice and smooth.
Roll into small balls and flatten with palm of hand.
Place on wax paper and let dry for 4 hours or overnight, until mints are firm and the outside is dry, but inside is moist and creamy.
Yields 8 dozen.
