Cream Cheese Lime Pie
Cream Cheese Lime Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding/pie filling, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed and 1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese at medium speed until smooth. Beat in 1/2 cup of milk.
Reduce mixing speed to low and add pudding mix (undiluted), limeade concentrate and the remaining milk.
Beat until blended.
Fold in the whipped topping.
Spoon mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate pie until firm enough to slice, at least 4 hours.
