Cream Cheese Fudge

(1/2 stick) margarine or butter, softened, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2/3 c. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and salt on low speed until smooth.
Beat in cocoa.
Beat in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, until smooth.
Stir in pecans.
Press firmly in ungreased 8-inch square pan.
Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
Cut into squares about 1-inch square.
Keep refrigerated.
Makes about 50 pieces.
