Cream Cheese Cookies

Blend cream cheese and butter.
Add flour and salt.
Form dough in ball.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Mix preserves, nuts, peel and cornstarch.
Divide dough in half.
On lightly floured surface, roll each ball to 1/8-inch thick (10 x 12-inch rectangle).
Cut into 2 1/2-inch squares.
Place 1/2 teaspoon preserves mix in center of each square.
Fold corners into middle and seal by pinching.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375Β° for 12 minutes. When cooled, dust with confectioners sugar.
