Cream butter and cream cheese well.
Add sugar gradually. Beat in egg yolk, vanilla extract and orange rind.
Sift flour with salt and cinnamon.
Add to creamed mixture.
Fill cookie press.
Form cookies on ungreased sheets.
Decorate with colored sugar, cinnamon, etc.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
