Cream Cheese Cake
Cream Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (8 oz.) tubs whipped cream cheese, 1/4 lb. unsalted butter, 16 oz. sour cream, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Allow cream cheese, sour cream and butter to come to room temperature.
In a large bowl, blend together all ingredients except eggs.
Beat eggs into mixture one at a time, mixing well after each one.
Pour into greased spring-form pan.
Cover bottom and sides with aluminum foil and put in larger pan partially filled with water and bake in 370Β° oven for 1 hour.
Cool and remove from pan.
