Cream Cheese Bundt Cake
Cream Cheese Bundt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine, 6 tbsp. butter, 2 c. sugar, 6 oz. cream cheese, softened and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grease and flour Bundt pan; cream together margarine, butter and sugar until light.
Beat in cream cheese until smooth.
Beat in vanilla, then eggs, one at a time.
Stir in flour and salt.
Spoon into pan and put in cold oven.
Turn oven on to 275Β° and bake until tester comes out clean, about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Check for doneness after 1 hour.
Allow to cool and remove from pan.
Serve with Blueberry Cinnamon Syrup or dust with confectioners sugar. Serves 8 or more.
