Cream Candy
Cream Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. thick cream (does better with real cream), 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Use enamel pan only to cook in.
Boil all ingredients to hard boil stage.
Do not stir after mixture starts to boil.
Pour on cold marble slab (buttered).
Knead like dough for a few minutes. When it becomes cool enough to handle, pull until white and then cut with scissors.
