Crawfish Pie
Crawfish Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. cooked crawfish meat, 4 tbsp. butter, 2 c. chopped onion, 1 c. scallions and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt butter in a large skillet.
Saute vegetables over medium heat until soft.
Add flour and spices.
Stir well.
Remove from heat and add crawfish.
