Crawfish Fettucine
Crawfish Fettucine is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 onions, finely chopped, 3 celery stalks, chopped, 1 bell pepper, chopped, 2 sticks margarine and 1/8 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Add onions, celery and bell pepper to 2 sticks margarine. Saute until cooked.
Add flour and cook with cover on low for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add parsley and crawfish and cook 15 minutes.
Add half and half, half of Velveeta, jalapeño relish, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook on low heat about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
