Cranbrosia Salad
Cranbrosia Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. raw chopped cranberries, 1 c. sugar, 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, 1 can (8 to 10 oz.) pineapple and 1 c. flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine cranberries and sugar; let sit awhile.
Drain oranges and pineapple and keep juices, then add 3/4 cup fruit juice and sprinkle gelatin over them.
Over heat, stir constantly and heat to dissolve good and add to fruit mix.
Whip together.
Add whipped cream.
