Cranberry Swirl Cake
Cranberry Swirl Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 2 eggs, 1 c. sour cream, 2 c. flour and 1 c. (3 oz.) whole cranberry sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix margarine, sugar and eggs.
Add baking soda, flour and salt.
Mix well.
Add vanilla and sour cream.
Grease angel, tube or Bundt pan.
Put in 1/2 cake batter, then cranberry sauce, then nuts, then remaining cake batter and swirl with a knife.
Bake at 350Β° for about 55 minutes.
