Cranberry Sauce
Cranberry Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. fresh ginger root, minced, 1 c. raisins, 2 to 3 cinnamon sticks and 4 (12 oz.) bags cranberries (fresh or frozen), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place sugar and 1/2 cup of water in a large heavy skillet or saucepan on medium heat, and cook until caramelized and golden in color.
Reduce heat to medium, add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes, until cranberries burst and sauce is thickened.
Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat; let sauce cool.
Yields 10 cups.
