Cranberry Salad Mold
Cranberry Salad Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. (1 lb.) fresh, chopped cranberries, 1 c. sugar, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. orange juice and 1 c. celery (optional, just double amount of apple), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

After washing and chopping cranberries, add sugar and let stand 15 minutes.
In saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over orange juice to soften.
Place over low heat, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
Add gelatin mixture, celery, apple and nuts to cranberries.
Pour into 1-quart mold.
Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours. Serve with salad dressing or whipped cream.
May be doubled for Thanksgiving dinner.
