Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole orange, 1 pkg. fresh or frozen cranberries, 1 c. granulated sugar, 2 pkg. cherry jell-o and 3 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grind orange and cranberries together; add sugar.
Allow to stand an hour or more.
Mix Jell-O in hot water.
When thoroughly dissolved and cool enough to be syrupy, add orange and cranberry mixture and chopped walnuts.
May also add celery and crushed pineapple.
Pour into a casserole or mold and chill for several hours.
Serve on lettuce leaves and top with mayonnaise.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
