Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 56 minutes. Made with c. cranberries, apples, c. pecans, c. sugar and orange, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Soften gelatin with 2 tablespoons of cold water.
Dissolve gelatin and jello with 1 1/2 cups of boiling water.
Run raw cranberries and unpeeled, but seeded, apples through food chopper. Cut up nuts and orange.
Mix sugar with pineapple and combine with ground cranberries, nuts and orange.
Add to jello mixture and turn into mold.
