Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag fresh cranberries, 1 c. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, 1 c. halved seedless grapes and 3/4 c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Grind cranberries in blender.
Mix 1 cup sugar with them and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, drain berries and pour pineapple over.
When well drained, add to grapes and walnuts. Whip cream firm and mix all together.
