Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. fresh ground cranberries, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 small pkg. orange or lemon jell-o, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine cranberries, sugar and salt; set aside.
Dissolve Jell-O and boiling water.
Add cold water, lemon juice and rind, cinnamon and cloves.
Chill until thick.
