Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) pkg. cranberries, 4 apples, cored and unpeeled, 2 c. sugar, 2 small boxes cherry jell-o and 2 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Chop cranberries and apples in food processor; mix together. Add sugar and cover.
Let set in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Add dry Jell-O, water and nuts.
