Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. (1 lb.) raw ground cranberries, 1 orange, ground, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 pkg. plain gelatin and 1/4 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix cranberry, orange and sugar together.
Let stand for 1 hour.
Mix plain gelatin with cold water.
Dissolve this with lemon Jell-O and hot water.
Let it cool a little, then add juice. When Jell-O mix begins to congeal, add celery, pecans and the cranberry mix.
Let salad finish congealing.
