Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. raw cranberries, 1/2 c. water, 3 c. sugar, 1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin and 1 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine cranberries water and simmer until skins burst. Add sugar; cook 3 more minutes.
Combine gelatin and boiling water; stir to dissolve gelatin.
Chill until syrupy. Fold in cranberries, celery and nuts.
Pour into 2 quart mold. Chill until firm.
