Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh cranberries, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. ripe apples, cut up, 2 c. miniature marshmallows and 1 c. nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grind the cranberries and add sugar.
Let set overnight in the refrigerator.
Dissolve jello in 1 pint warm water and let set until it gets thick as honey.
Add all cranberries, nuts, celery, marshmallows, apples and pineapple.
Add one big cup of Cool Whip. Put in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
