Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice), 1 (3 oz.) box cherry jello, 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce, 1 tbsp. vinegar and 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Bring reserved pineapple juice to boil in saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Dissolve jello in hot juice.
Add cranberry sauce and vinegar.
Stir to melt.
Add pineapple and nuts.
Carefully fold in oranges.
Pour into a serving dish.
