Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cranberries, 2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cranberries in food chopper.
Place sugar, salt and lemon over cranberries and let stand for 2 hours. Mix Jell-O with boiling water.
Add cold water and stir until dissolved.
Jell-O syrupy, cranberry mixture, celery, nuts and pineapple.
Place in refrigerator until firm. This salad may also be frozen.
Yields 6 servings.
