Cranberry Ring Tea Bread *
Cranberry Ring Tea Bread * is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. cranberry orange relish, 1 tbsp. light corn syrup, 4 tbsp. melted butter or margarine, 2 pkg. refrigerator buttermilk biscuits (20 biscuits) and 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In saucepan, combine cranberry relish and corn syrup; heat just to boiling.
Spoon mixture into greased 6 1/2 cup ring mold. Combine margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Spread 1 side of each biscuit with some of the brown sugar mixture.
Place biscuits on edge of ring mold.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool in pan for 3 minutes.
Invert onto serving plate.
