Cranberry Relish Salad
Cranberry Relish Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 pkg. cherry flavored gelatin, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 c. cranberry-orange relish (ocean spray), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain crushed pineapple, reserving syrup.
Add enough water to pineapple syrup to equal 2 cups liquid.
In a saucepan, combine gelatin and sugar.
Gradually add pineapple liquid to gelatin-sugar mixture.
Heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin and sugar dissolve.
Remove from heat.
Add lemon juice; chill until partially set.
Fold in crushed pineapple, cranberry-orange relish, celery and walnuts.
Chill until firm.
