Cranberry Relish is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. water, 2-inch stick cinnamon and 1 c. fresh cranberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine water and sugar in small saucepan.
Add cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Add berries and boil rapidly until they pop (about 2 or 3 minutes).
Chill.
Remove cinnamon stick and serve in relish dish or hollowed-out lemon cups. Yields 6 servings.
