Cranberry Relish
Cranberry Relish is an easy dinner. Made with 7 1/2 c. prepared fruit (2 lb.), 3 3/4 c. water and 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/2 to 1 tsp. each: cloves, cinnamon and allspice, 5 1/2 c. sugar (2 lb.) and 1 pouch certo fruit pectin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare fruit (approximately 2 pounds cranberries), 3 1/4 cups water and 1/4 cup vinegar in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes; add spices.
