Cranberry Relish
Cranberry Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cranberries, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 2 or 3 oranges, peeled, 1 large can crushed pineapple and 2 pkg. jello (mixed fruit or orange flavor), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Grind raw cranberries, oranges and nuts.
Drain pineapple; add 1 cup sugar.
Put jello and remaining sugar in another bowl. Dissolve in a cup of boiling water.
Add cranberry mixture.
Mix until thick.
Put in jars.
It will keep for a long time in the refrigerator.
Makes about 2 quarts.
