Cranberry Relish is an easy dinner. Made with 3 large oranges, 3 large cooking apples, 1 lb. raw cranberries and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash and dry apples, oranges and cranberries.
Cut apples into squares; remove core and pare.
Remove all white membrane and seeds; section oranges over bowl to preserve juice.
Put oranges, apples and cranberries through food chopper.
Add sugar and juice from oranges; mix well.
Store in covered container in refrigerator.
