Cranberry Pie-Cake
Cranberry Pie-Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh cranberries, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, 2 eggs and 1/4 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle cranberries, 1/2 cup of the sugar and the walnuts over the pie plate in that order.
Beat eggs thoroughly.
Add remaining 1 cup sugar, butter, sour cream and flour; beat only until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour over cranberry mixture in plate.
Do not stir.
Bake in a 325Β° oven until brown on top, about 1 hour.
Makes about 8 servings. Quite good served warm.
