Cranberry Pie
Cranberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cranberries (fresh), washed, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped, 1 c. flour and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Grease a 10-inch pie tin.
Spread cranberries over the bottom of the pan.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar and nuts and sprinkle over cranberries.
Combine flour, margarine and shortening and add to 1 cup sugar and eggs.
Pour batter over berries.
Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
Serve with ice cream.
