Cranberry Pecan Stuffing
Cranberry Pecan Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 2 stalks celery, chopped, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth and 1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a 4 quart saucepan, saute celery and onion in margarine until tender.
Add broth; heat to boiling.
Remove from heat; add stuffing, cranberries and pecans.
Mix well.
Use to stuff a 12 to 14 lb. turkey, or bake in a lightly greased baking dish at 400Β° until browned, about 20 to 25 minutes.
