Cranberry-Pear Loaf
Cranberry-Pear Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15.6 oz.) pkg. cranberry bread mix, 1 c. water, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 egg and 1 (16 oz.) can pears, drained and chopped or 1 c. fresh pears, peeled and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease bottom of 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
Stir by hand (50 to 75 strokes) just until dry particles are moistened.
Pour batter into loaf pan.
Bake 70 to 80 minutes.
Cool 15 minutes in pan then cool completely.
To store, wrap loaf tightly in foil.
(Bake 45 to 55 minutes for 3 mini loaves.)
