Cranberry Orange Salad For 50 is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. cranberries, 5 oranges, 2 1/2 lb. (5 c.) sugar, 6 1/4 c. boiling water and 5 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry or strawberry flavored gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put cranberries and oranges through food chopper.
Add sugar. Pour boiling water on gelatin; stir until thoroughly dissolved. Chill only until cold.
Add relish.
Pour into lightly oiled square or rectangular pans.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares. Serves 50 people.
