Cranberry Orange Salad

Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda. Combine egg, grated orange peel, orange juice and salad oil.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan at 350Β° for 60 minutes or until done.
Remove from pan; cool.
Store overnight.
