Cranberry Orange Relish
Cranberry Orange Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (12 oz.) bags fresh cranberries, 2 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. orange juice, 1/4 c. water and 1/2 tsp. ginger (1/4 c. fresh or candied), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients, except almonds, in a large saucepan. Cook on medium-high until cranberries "pop", about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in almonds.
Serve chilled.
