Cranberry Orange Bread
Cranberry Orange Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. orange juice and 2 tbsp. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar in large mixing bowl; set aside.
Mix beaten egg with orange juice, rind, margarine and hot water.
Fold flour mixture until blended.
Do not beat.
Gently fold in cranberries and walnuts.
Spoon into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or smaller pans of choice.
Bake at 325Β° for 60 minutes; test in center with wooden pick.
Cool on rack for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
