Cranberry - Nut Bread
Cranberry - Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. whole-wheat flour, 1 c. white flour, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. baking powder and 2 tsp. grated orange rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine the flours, sugar, baking powder and orange rind in a mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
Pour into an oiled 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

Turn onto a wire rack and cool thoroughly.
