Cranberry Muffins
Cranberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. milk and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a bowl, cream together sugar and butter.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each addition. In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt and add alternately with milk to the creamed mixture.
Stir in chopped cranberries.
Spoon into 12 paper-lined 2 1/2-inch muffin cups. Fill 3/4 full.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
