Cranberry Mousse
Cranberry Mousse is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. raspberry jello, 1 (20 oz.) pkg. crushed pineapple, 1/2 c. water, 1 (1 lb.) can whole berry cranberry sauce and 2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain pineapple; save juice.
Add jello to juice.
Add water. Heat to boiling point, stirring to dissolve gelatin.
Remove from heat. Add cranberry sauce. Chill until slightly thick. Blend in sour cream. Garnish with chopped nuts, if desired. Chill until set.
