Cranberry Ice
Cranberry Ice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cranberries, 1 1/2 c. water, 1/2 tsp. granulated gelatin, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/3 c. white corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook cranberries in all but 1/4 cup water until very soft; rub through fine sieve.
Soften gelatin in remaining water.
Heat sugar and corn syrup to boiling; add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Combine all ingredients and beat well for a few minutes to cool and slightly thicken.
Pour into automatic refrigerator tray and freeze quickly, stirring several times during freezing.
