Cranberry Cookies
Cranberry Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. granulated sugar, 3/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened, 1/4 c. milk and 2 tbsp. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Mix sugars and margarine.
Stir in milk, orange juice and egg.
Stir in remaining ingredients except Browned Butter Glaze.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake until light brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool; spread with glaze.
Makes about 5 1/2 dozen cookies.
