Cranberry Chutney
Cranberry Chutney is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. cranberries, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. orange juice, 1 c. raisins and 1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large saucepan, over medium heat, bring cranberries, sugar and juice to a boil, stir frequently.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to a week before using.
