Cranberry Chutney
Cranberry Chutney is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. cranberry, 2 large pears, diced, 2 c. sugar and 1 (4 oz.) pkg. candied lemon peel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine in medium saucepan the cranberries, pears, sugar and lemon peel.
Heat to boil, stirring constantly.
Cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
Skim off foam with spoon.
Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, until fruits are tender.
Pour into bowl and allow to cool.
Cover and place in refrigerator.
Serve warm or cold.
