Cranberry Chutney
Cranberry Chutney is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh cranberries, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. seedless golden raisins, 1 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. ground ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine all ingredients except pineapple in a heavy saucepan. Stir well.
Cook over medium heat 15 or 20 minutes or until the cranberry skins begin to pop.
Stir in the pineapple; reduce heat to low and cook an additional 30 minutes, stirring often.
Serve warm or cold.
