Cranberry Bread
Cranberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 3 tsp. baking powder, 2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift first 5 ingredients.
Add nuts.
Keep separate.
Melt butter; add orange juice.
Add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
Stir in the eggs.
Pour over dry ingredients all at once, mixing just enough to dampen mixture.
Fold in the cranberries. Bake in greased lined loaf pans in 350Β° oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes in pans before removing.
Slices better after storing overnight.
Makes 3 loaves (7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2 1/8).
