Cranberry Bread
Cranberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Line the bottom of a loaf pan with wax paper and butter it. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar and orange rind.
Beat in egg until blended.
Add flour mixture in 3 additions, alternating with orange juice, mixing each time.
Fold in cranberries and walnuts. Turn into loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350Β° until cake tester comes out clean, about 55 minutes.
Cool on wire rack. Wrap and store for flavors to blend.
